How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of the space, the type of service required, the frequency of service, and any special requirements. We provide free, no-obligation quotes after assessing your specific needs. Contact us today to schedule an assessment.

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning options using products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. These products are effective while minimizing environmental impact. Please let us know if you have specific preferences or requirements regarding cleaning products.

How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

For most residential settings, we recommend professional carpet cleaning at least once every 12-18 months. However, homes with high traffic, children, pets, or allergy sufferers may benefit from more frequent cleaning, perhaps every 6-9 months. Commercial spaces often require more frequent cleaning based on foot traffic.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, CBH MAINTENANCE is fully insured and bonded. This provides protection for both our clients and our employees. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?

It's not necessary for you to be present during our services. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code. We maintain strict security protocols for all client keys and access information. However, if you prefer to be present during the first cleaning or for all services, that's perfectly fine as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your scheduled service.
